Does the soft play centre leave you jaded? Are you tired of your regular haunts? Then this hip café should prove the perfect antidote. Sit and soak up the atmosphere as the in-crowd stroll by and watch your little ones happily munching their way through multi-coloured rainbow cakes or a plate of home-baked madeleines.
This is a sizeable café with plenty of space to manoeuvre a pram. Kids, young and old, will be delighted by the tantalising display of cookies and cakes. The menu ranges from ‘All Day Eggs’ (any style) and sourdough toast with a delicious selection of spreads; to more substantial soups, pies and pastries. There are over twenty types of tea to pick from. I was very tempted to try the Red Lychee £4.20, but played it safe with Teacup’s NQ Brew at £3.50!
